Here's where I'm coming f

I'm dreaming ahead here, where the forum is too busy for the 4 of us to keep track of everything.

Well, Alan just set up a mod only forum, I'm moving everything there.

Here is what I noticed on the old forum when it came to greeting new members,
once a mod greeted the new member, the other mods wouldn't bother, it would be better if everyone greeted the new member, if nothing more than say hi-welcome.

Asking a question to the new member is a good start to keeping them posting.
Asking questions even if you know the answer, is a good way to keep them posting.
If someone post a picture, always compliment, find something good to say.
